Energy Conversion

They are shouting without voices.
Though they seemed incapable and weak
They bore many children.
Toiling in the fields, their lives like thistles.
My muscles strengthened by exercise
Are not as strong
As the arms of my ancestors.

… Familiar household appliances of the 1950's and 70's - such as spoons, necklaces, thimbles or busun (traditional Korean socks) - have been attached to the trays. These household appliances, which are closely related to the women who used them, play a roll in the revaluation of the lives of these women and of their life-energy.
